Account Eligibility & Registration
To create an xe333 account, you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Bangladesh or in an approved jurisdiction. You agree that all information provided during registration is accurate and current. A single person may only hold one active account on xe333; duplicate accounts will be closed without warning and funds may be forfeited.
By registering, you confirm you are not on any restricted persons list, are not banned by local gaming authorities, and have not previously violated our terms. You must provide a valid mobile number and email address that belongs to you. We reserve the right to request identity verification before account activation or first withdrawal.
Your Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. Never share your account details with anyone, including xe333 staff. Our support team will never ask for your password via chat, email, or phone.

Deposits & Withdrawals
Deposit Policy
xe333 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit is ৳150. Deposits are usually processed within 5 minutes. Once credited to your account, funds may immediately be used for gaming or wagering.
We do not charge deposit fees. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own charges, which are separate from our service.
Withdrawal Policy
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,200. Your daily withdrawal limit is ৳30,000 unless you hold a higher VIP tier. Withdrawals typically process within 31 minutes during business hours.
Before your first withdrawal, you must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification by providing a copy of your National ID, Passport, or Driving Licence. This document review typically takes up to 12 hours. Unverified accounts cannot withdraw funds.

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit whenever possible. If that method is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative. We do not charge withdrawal fees; your payment provider may deduct their own charges.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
xe333 offers a Welcome Bonus of 195% on your first deposit up to ৳27,500. This bonus is not immediate cash; it is credited as bonus funds that must be wagered 11 times before you can withdraw it. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus must be wagered ৳11,000 before withdrawal is allowed.
Bonuses apply only to qualifying games as specified in each promotion. Some games may contribute less than 100% toward wagering requirements. Table games and live dealer games often contribute 0%, so check the bonus terms carefully.
Bonuses expire after 7 days if not wagered. Unused bonus funds will be removed from your account. You cannot withdraw bonus funds directly; only winnings generated from bonus wagering may be cashed out. If your account is closed or you request self-exclusion, all pending bonuses are forfeited.
Duplicate accounts, accounts linked to existing players, and accounts created to abuse promotional offers are not eligible for bonuses. We reserve the right to deny bonus claims or close accounts engaged in bonus abuse.

If your account is suspended pending investigation, your funds will be held securely. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method, usually within 3 to 5 business days.
You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Closed accounts cannot be reopened; you must create a new account after a 24-hour cool-off period.
